[bug] building more than one ship at a time (and docking)

If you build more than one ship at a time, say a freighter and a constructor, if you don't move the first ship (freighter) or cannot move it (the already reported ship won't move bug). If you then dock with the constructor (to put an architect on there), when you undock, you will be stuck inside the freighter hull and cannot get out.
