Broken saves - Menus gone and freighter stuck under highway

Hi,

I'm linking two saves here that appears to be in a broken state. Both saves were made with the 1.12 steam version of the game.

In the first all my menus are gone and I can't really do anything in the game. For example if you try to bring up the trade menu or the map, my character turns toward the center console but nothing appears.
In the second save my freighter appears to be stuck under a highway and refuses to move an inch. I tried adding a buy order to it and I also tried going to another zone. Freighter didn't move in either case.
