BUG Terrain Shield

When you can pick up reactive shield or behemot shield with 40 per cent of discount, you cannot buy the shields if you don't have enough money to buy without discounts.
Also, even if you've money, you've to buy one shield, go out and buy another.

Yep you have to buy sets of 2 shields

Oh, that explains why I couldn't pick up that shield. Guess I'm off to earn some cash before continuing the campaign...

and if you get to bujy just go to nabour and sell at 3 times the proce save 2 shipds fdor you8r ship and you end up with 2 million cred profit .
