Unable to aquire Cargolift drones of fule cells for ships to jump

Hello,

In my game i am unable to acquire any cargolift drones. And apparently without them i am unable to use my trading ships.

This means all vendors must be forced to sell the drones or have the drones come prepackaged with the ship.

Also of note is the fact that i get messages from other ships saying that they cannot jump. However their fuel type is not a tradeable ware for their ship.
