mission Fly to: HDA Arawn
I was in the target side, without any prompting, and did not move npc
I just load this one is still the same archive. I do not want to play the game from scratch

dock and dialogue or attack I have tried to no avail

You are not alone in this one

Look at the forum post called: "broken campaign mission".

The mission seems to be stuck in a wrong status if you didn't get onto a jump enabled ship before they jumped out.

So I feel for you mate.
