Tagging Questions

Ok, this question may seem basic, but there is disturbingly little support that I've been able to find on the subject, so here goes:

Container Collection:
Ok, steps I've done so far:
- Freighter in squad with cargo drones: Check
- Entered Cargo Colelction Mode: Check
- Large Containers I want to tag for collection: Check

My current brick wall.... cannot for the life of me figure out how to launch tags to mark the containers.

I don't know for sure, but I assume it'll be the launch missile button (Default R key)
I guess this because that's also the button to charge the long range scan in it's respective HUD mode. Not written in stone as I've not done any container collection that hasn't simply required me to ram the container into my cockpit window

I would assume it's the same button for launching mining tags. Haven't tried that yet since I have yet to get a mining cap ship.

To tag roids you need to enter mining mode in the modes section of the menu then double click the roid you want to tag.
