So as the title suggests, I am trapped inside station geometry. An accidental collision clipped me through something and now I cannot get out at all.
Is there any sort of "noclip" console command or something to translate my ship a few hundred meters in a direction or anything like that?

I have experienced this as well - oddly enough, it was my own curiosity and experimentation that caused it.
-I was toying with the mechanic of "piggy back riding" on a larger cap ship, my own freighter. Flying close enough to a cap ship ties the skunk in with the larger ship's gravity well, or however you want to describe it.
-My freighter was enroute to dock and sell product. On the way, it clipped (without a problem on its own part) through a station. My ship clipped through the first wall right along with it, but not through the walls on the other side, and I was stuck inside the station geometry.
-I was lucky enough to have thought to myself 'Self, you should probably save the game before you do something silly like this.' So, I reloaded and ended the experiment there.
