-The new ship designs, such as the Split Pteranodon, are not listed at any of the accepted shipyards. Just to be sure, I also started an unmodded game and flew to Zyarth's Stand, still no dice. This has been an ongoing problem across three different saves, two modded and then the control I already mentioned.

I would have thought that you would need to complete the new plots first before the new ships appeared for sale?

That is what I had thought initially, but a friend of mine hasn't yet done the plots, and he already purchased a Pteranodon.

With a modified game, there is no way that patches can be guaranteed to work correctly. This is something you'll need to take up with the authors of the mods you are using.

The mod component of MARS has its own Tships file, which has not been adjusted for X3AP 3.0 yet. If you have that installed, it's the most-likely reason, why the ships are missing.

Just to be sure, I also started an unmodded game and flew to Zyarth's Stand, still no dice.

Did you uninstall all the scripts/mods properly, before starting that game? If not, the TShips file of MARS might still be used.

In any way, do not start the Shady Business Plot with a modded Tships file that hasn't been adjusted for X3AP yet. Otherwise there will be problems in a certain plot stage.

Very well. Thank you all for your advice, and I will suspend my game until further notice. Also, when I applied my mods, I had used Cycrow's Plugin Manager, and removed them the same way.
