My boarded ship appear like no pilot once it is docked.

Hi,


I have boarded a Kyoto and docked it at my HQ after it was equiped.Then I realise that it appear landed with no pilot,in colour grey,with no order to comand.

Im sure that I havent done anything more than equip it with shield and some weapons.

How can I solve this?

Im playing AP 2.5.2,with Bonus Package 5.1.0.Argon start.

Hello. I think you perhaps may have lost control of it as soon as its original mission or job timer ran out. It may depend where it was spawned and for what purpose before you boarded it. A bit more background info would be useful but I am tending to think this may turn out to be a gameplay issue rather than a Tech Sp issue.

Are you positive that you did not tell the PHQ to repair the ship? Until you supply the necessary resources and credits for repair and the required time has passed you will be unable to use the ship in that case. You can check for repair queue progress in the PHQ info screen and see if your Kyoto is indeed under repair and what might be holding it up.

An original version bug was fixed in updates a while ago.

Have you verified your Steam game installation?

I have the same problem apparently. I boarded a hired Mammoth in Unk Sector east of Legend's Home... Then I removed my marines once i got control. I renamed the ship and then I told the ship to dock and went on my way. Later, when I was taking inventory of my capped TLs I found one was missing. I went to my PHQ and low and behold, the very ship I had renamed was indeed docked at PHQ but was no longer mine. It shows as blue now in landed ships menu. The worst part is, there is no comms option with the ship so I cannot even make it leave my PHQ so it is taking up a docking bay.

Please help.

Game is updated and files have been verified. No worries. Went back to a prior load and have moved all TLs to an Argon shipyard and I will watch them closely to see if it happens again.
