Atreus Garbage Mission Glitch? - Probable mod install clash.

Hello all,
Tried to find this via search but found no such thing other than a thread about French translation so it did not apply.

The problem I am having is, during the Atreus plot line I am supposed to be taking out the garbage. When I get back to Atreus HQ and communicate this is what option I get in response to the Boron:

"I picked up the {lookup.type.name@SS_Ware_Dummy9} but was unable to deliver them". The response to this is unfavorable and does not allow the plot to progress.

I do not have the garbage in my hold though I assume it was picked up since the mission moved forward as it should have. Now I am stuck with no way to complete this mission or the plot as a whole. Any assist on this would be appreciated.

That message implies an installation, update or modification error where an essential version of a gamefile is corrupt, missing or has been overwritten by something else such as a mod.

If vanilla then do a Steam verify gamefile cache for X3TC and X3AP separately. If modified then check for file clashes with vanilla updates during installation of the mods.

I will do so. I do have mods in so that could very well be the problem. Thank you for the quick response. This game is awesome!

EDIT: Well, unfortunately I have been unable to isolate the problem to fix. I have uninstalled mods, reinstalled, verified files on Steam, etc. I am using Pirate Starts, Pirate Guild, Yaki Armada, MARs and Automated Satellite network. If anyone sees a similar issue, and/or has advice to fix, please be sure to respond.
