Dock Undock problem

I have a megaloton docked in player HQ. every time when it undock it will blow up with player HQ.

the same ship docked in the P HQ before. no problems my other megaloton is able to move in and out of the P HQ.

My Hyperion have some problem with undocking, but if i select other statioin then auto pilot docking, it can get out. but this megaloton can't undock even i do the same.

Please help

The sure-fire way to get the ship to undock is to leave the sector in another ship and order it to undock remotely. Once it's out you'll be able to get back into it and fly it, or whatever else you want to do with it. It's possible that it only has problems undocking from specific docking positions, or that other things nearby cause it problems on some occasions but not others.

Don't count on it. Some of the ships are just too big for the docks - Hyperion often blows up when flying out of shipyards.
It's old problem and it probably won't be fixed.

There is another workaround - go into the problematic ship and fly on autopilot - it turns off the collision detection.

Autopilot works.

I wish they would rip those massive wings off the back of my Hyperion to make it fit in the super-shipyards, it would be so much better in combat then.

But it wouldn't look as cool (IMO). As for it then being better in combat, don't really think it needs it. :D

As for the collisions, the OOS trick works (though can be a pain for a personal ship). There are also a couple of scripts that help with the problem, one of which I'm using myself.
