problems with roll ship funtion with saitek aviator

Hi there, I just bought x3 terran conflict on steam, and I´m having some issues with my joystick.

I´m using the saitek aviator for pc and xbox360, and the little stick on the top of th joystick somehow is not working, the game recognize the axis from this stick, but when I try to assign the ship roll function to it, does not work.

I can´t neither asign this function to any joystick button, because joystick button doen´t appear in the cabin control configuration.

Any solution?

Sometimes with some joysticks you have to untick the throttle option in-game for the joystick driver for the throttle to work properly. Yes, I know that does not make sense. Give it a try.
