Wings ineffective...

So I'm not sure what's going on with my game, however. Wings seem very ineffective. I've been messing about with a carrier and haven't actually seen much in the way of succesfull AI attacks.

My game is modified quite heavily, yet I don't really remember Wings being effective since the update. I will make a copy of the folder and a fresh install, to see if that helps.
