Could someone please advise! Have installed Treean Conflict onto new PC however when I attempt to start I am instructed that I cannot to do so without admin rights(which I have).

Most likely a problem with the copy protection driver. Patch your game to the latest version 3.2 (for example with the 1.0 -> 3.2 patch). That will remove the copy protection query.
