Game not advancing Albion Prelude

Argon Peacekeeper start. Completed to the part where you set up 3 laser towers around Beryll Research Station, awarded 3 #deca,cafe ships. Then did
mission for same station supplying computer components etc. Awarded Aamon Prototype then was informed I would be contacted by command in Argon Sector 148.

Since then I have received messages to assist in the war in various sectors and I have been doing that for 4 hours. Messages continue to call for aid in the war in various sectors.

I even accepted a Patrol Mission and destroyed ships in 2 sectors, at the end of the patrol I received message NO Ships destroyed but was paid 94675 credits for my time.

Has anyone else had this problem, am I missing a patch or fix.
Any feedback will be grateful.

If you have the Aamon prototype then you have completed the Albion plot line, the war will just continue genericly, you should have the latest patch provided you are letting steam install patches. You have the option to switch off the war reports after patch 2.0.

with v2.0 however you now have two additional plots, these plots will only start when certain conditions are met.

these are the HUB and PHQ personnal headquarters plots. i forget were the plot requirements thread is but its on the forum somewere, just google it. As for the albion plot i beleive you have completed it if you have been rewarded with the Aamon prototype.

No worries i was the same when i first completed it. i think i was waiting for the CONGRATULATIONS!!! screen to appear lol
