Project X-A story about the Glory of the Terran people.

Hello everyone,after I've read a few stories and DID's I've felt inspired and,with my love for the Terrans I decided to write a story that will make them shine.This is my first story so sorry if it sounds stupid .
P.S. Title may change depending on the story,as I'm writing this along the way.
Ok,here we go:
Chapter 1:Prologue
They were closing in,Commonwealth and Xenon fleets were closing in,they managed to RE a jump drive and arrived close to The Moon.
The shipyard scrambled the precious few fleets it had and called on the ATF.
The fleet was the largest the CW assembled so far,and,the largest Xenon fleet ever seen.
The situation seemed desperate,the new Torus was not yet complete,so the Terrans had little chances of winning the encounter.
Supreme Admiral Leon was on deck of the "Defender",a modified Valhalla that had 100(!!) Point singularity projectors,150 Electro-magnetic plasma cannons and 200 Starburst shockwave cannons,when he received a holo call from General Peters,who was on board the Torus orbiting the blue pearl of the Sol System,Earth:
-Sir,the CW and Xenon fleets are closing in by the minute,what should we do?
-We have no other choice,captain,activate Project "X"
-Sir!With all due respect..
-NOW,General.
-Yes Sir!
The captain turned to the Supreme Command:
-You heard the man....

Chapter 1:Project X
For years now,the ATF had prepared for this.

A top secret project,known only as "Project X" has been prepared.
A joint ATF-USC operation,this project was started about 5 years ago.
Huge orbital docks were fitted with unfocussed jumpdrives and 2 Tyrs
,3 osakas and 1 woden,along with a fighter complement,50 baldrics and an Atmospheric Lifter were sent to unknown sectors.

These orbital docks contained the building materials needed to construct jumpgates and link them to already existing ones,in a region called "The Link" between Venus and The Moon.

About 50 sectors were settled and huge colonies established.Some of these sectors were located in dark space,between galaxies.Some expeditionary fleets encountered Xenon and Kha'ak,while others encountered ships of unknown origin.

After arrival,the docks would build mines and power plants.

The long term goal was to create aditional housing space and provide more resources for the war effort.

A Huge fleet was assembled during this time.

It was time it defended it's home,Earth.

The Moon,19:36 Central Earth Time
As the fleets of the CW and the Xenon closed in,a huge warp tunnel appeared in front of them

The Argon admiral was stunned,he wondered what would happen,the worst,of course.

A huge fleet poured in,at least a thousand capital ships,and tens of thousands of fighters and corvettes.

A huge battle ensued.
The CW fleet was overwhelmed,and this fight provided the perfect testing grounds for the new weapon of the ATF research department.A device that would alter the core programming of the Xenon,forcing them to serve the Terrans once more.

The arrays on the "Defender" started to emit the signal.
The Xenon Command Vessel's core was reprogrammed

The tide of the battle had turned,the CW fleet struggled to regroup and retreat.
It was a major defeat for the coomonwealth,and a major victory for the USC and ATF,and another major victory for the ATF Research Department.
