Hotas Cougar Joystick in Game problem

Since I am using X3 TC 3.2 I have problems with my Hotas cougar Joystick.
First of all, probs with the grafic could simply be solved by unplugging the throttle from the stick.
Second of all, I gained a prob with the thrust not working constantly when using the key command on the keyboard(x and y)at anytime I tried to fly.
Unplugging the rudder pedals, solved the problem.
But, I can not use the Hotas cougar as it ment to be.

Can anyone help with this problem or is there a file or any patch whatsoever , to use Hotas cougar Joystick?

First, could you please povide a [url=http://www.egosoft.com/support/faq/faq_answer_en.php?answer=610&version=8][b]DX[/b][b]D[/b]iag[/url] report, as requested in the very first thread in this forum?

Second, you mention "probs with the grafic" but you don't state what problems you were actually having. A screenshot might help with this.

Finally, regarding the throttle, sometimes these problems can be solved by uninstalling the manufacturer's drivers and using the default ones supplied by windows.

Grafic Problem was that any time I pointed to the sidebar with the mouse pointer the menu bar flickered so I was unable to click at any part of the menu.
As I said in my first statement, I unplugged the throttle from the Joystick in order to avoid interferencies from any other controllers. The grafic probs disappeared.
Today I started the game (nothing changed from my point of view) and a another problem occurred.
The ingame "thrust controlling of the keyboard" didn`t work probperly. So I unplugged the rudder pedals while ingame..and the controlls worked, as expected. So to my understanding it is a controller problem of Hotas cougar. I wonder, if there is any file or drivers to fix this?
At least, one person must also have experiences with a Hotas cougar flight stick....or is this one Not-supported in the game?

Also, I did uninstall the original drivers, used the windows 7 associated drivers with no different results.
Patching these dirvers and conforming the firmware update, didn`t show a different result, too.

I solved the problem by deleting the existing (old) Default.profile in the CCP-
Restarting the device and applying new firmware 3.06
Also creating a new profile and resetting the axes to my needs.
