X3TC 3.2 Freezes (Save included)

My X3TC 3.2 game keeps on freezing within five minutes of the save game.

Usually, when playing the Suicidal Squid DiD (since 3.2), the freezes unlocked when you waited long enough. Now, playing a Poisoned Paranid start, it seems to stay frozen.

There was no freezing before 3.2.

I'm including the save (can't include a DiD save for obvious reasons).

Loaded your save and it seems your Mistral Superfreighters #1 and #3 are causing the freeze somehow. Give them the None-command and the freeze shouldn't happen.

Sigh, they shouldn't even be doing anything.

I'll try it out. Much obliged.

EDIT: Looks like I was wrong. So they were set to Manual:Buy.

Only thing I can think of is that I reassigned one buy assignment to a second ship when I realized I could get a better deal that way, while the first ship was assigned a new buy order from a different station. So, at a guess, the game isn't clearing info when switching between buy orders, and ends up trying to access variables that no longer exist.

If that's the case, it should be easily reproduced. But for me this just means I have to get used to clearing all Buy/Sell orders between changing them.

Anyway, thanks again. It works great now.

It is just the remote manual trade commands that are known to cause freezes under certain trading conditions. The other trade commands are fine.

Maybe they enact a quantum hickup as they try to resolve being both remote and manual at the same time?

OK, the manual trade commands applied to remote (as in distant) traders then. :roll:
