TC crashing

Was having a number of problems and not getting much help in the forum.
I completely uninstalled and erased my TC and reinstalled from original CD at V2, added the 1.0.1 to 3.2 patch and bonus patch.

My V2.5 and new V3.2 saves still not working correctly so to see if it is my save games...

I started a new game, Terran Def.
I get to meet Patricia Heywood ATF and told to dock at dream farm M alpha, (I think Im in Nathans voyage)
I go through the gate and TC crashes, tried 8 times now.

I went back and avoided the meeting with Heywood but still can not jump to Treasure Chest.

Also using Game Booster v3.2

1. Is there a fix for this?
2. Is the new install stated above the correct updated for V2

get the cheat package and destroy the entire contents of the sector.

also, a dxdiag and maybe a link to DL your save might prove alot useful.
