[X3AP] XL Weapon Forges not producing, Possible bug?

I recently built a complex in Herron's Nebula to produce capital ship weapons and Shields. There are plenty of resources available to the complex, but certain weapon forges will not produce as they should be. Here is what is in the complex

2- Concussion Impulse Generator Forges
3- Flak Artillery Array
15- Photon Pulse Cannon
5- Ion Cannon
3- 2GJ Shield
A bunch of food production, crystal fabs, solar plants etc...

Currently, only 5/15 of the Photon Pulse Cannon Forges are producing and 0/5 of the Ion Cannons. Everything else is producing fine, including the attached mines and food production. I have tons of extra resources, so it's not a matter of not having what I need for the forges...

I am running X3 Albion Prelude from steam. Version 1.1 English. No mods or anything. Gamestart is Bankrupt Assassin. I can provide system specs if needed

Could it be that the faster turnover stations are skimming off the top of at least one of the resource stocks such that there is never quite enough for some of the longer turnover ones that needs loads of stuff to see enough as a constant availability over the fixed period necessary for them to start up? Your complex might be just a touch too finely balanced. Try manually injecting a load of resources that do not normally sit at near max.

It seems it was user error on my part.

It turns out the Photon Pulse Cannon Forges were all Boron instead of Argon, lol. I could have swore I built argon ones... but I guess not. Thanks for your help!
