The old version of the Teladi Falcon looked EXACTY like the Cylon raider from Battlestar Galactica....

Allowing for the fact that it was on british tv (if channel 5 counts that is) a few night ago i voted that they do look similar.

I never thought about it until it was mentioned but now it has been they look very similar indeed.

i've never spotted the stingray or battlestar galctica ones but i'll look out for those in future.

I noticed the Boron Shrak looked cool and maybe the Stingray was the reason. Maybe not. Who knows?

IIRC the argon titans in starship troopers were cannon fodder.

I actaully dont believe it although i can happily execpt the inspiration behind it but i honestly couldnt give a toss whether it was or wasn't
