Prior to 1.1 there was an issue with captured ships from the warzone exploding for no reason once you leave the sector you cap'd them in. This was supposed to be fixed in 1.1 and, for all intents and purposes, it appears that it has. However...

I captured a Kyoto in Asteroid Belt. Sent it to Legend's Home and sold it. I captured a Valhalla. Sent it to Legends Home and am still waiting for it to arrive at the Shipyards to be stripped and sold (not worth repairing the hull, but came with five 2Gj shields and 30 PSP :P ). I tried to capture the Tokyo but the hull was too thick so I destroyed it. Limping along behind this group was a damaged Yokohama that most likely copped the remains of a barrage I sent at something else. I cap'd it and sent it off to Legend's Home. It exploded on arrival. I reloaded and tried again. It exploded when it arrived in Legend's Home. I reloaded and tried again. It exploded in Ianamus Zura. I reloaded and tried again. It exploded in Siezewell. I gave up on the Yokohama and destroyed a couple of stations until I ran out of Tomahawks and Hammers.

Unlike with the pre-1.1 bug I did not leave Asteroid Belt. None of the other ships I cap'd have been destroyed. The Message Log says "Your Yokohama was destroyed in Sector xxxx". I tried sending it to both Jump Beacons and Jump Gates with the same result. The Yokohama is not Military or RRF, it is just a Terran Yokohama, but it appears to have been in the battlegroup with the Kyoto which I cap'd without issue.
