reminds me a bit of that TV show in the UK last year, where they put some kids in a house and withdrew all adult supervision for a week. Basically, the kids trashed the house completely.
Some interesting parallels maybe, with the forum being without X2. But although we can't speed it's release up, we could all clean our acts up a bit. Swearing and ranting seems to be commonplace now - far more than in November when the forum moved. Plus we're up to what seems to be at least one heartfelt 'I've got to leave this forum now' message per day.
I personally think that right now, as increased awareness of X2 should start to gather momentum, there will be more and more new visitors to this forum, and it's not exactly a welcoming sight at the moment.
I'm not saying that we should toe the Egosoft corporate line (do they have one?) and just advertise the game to death, but we could do our bit and be, well, a bit better.
Profound statement ends.

Just because the forum switched address doesn't mean that the people have changed with itThe_Abyss wrote:reminds me a bit of that TV show in the UK last year, where they put some kids in a house and withdrew all adult supervision for a week. Basically, the kids trashed the house completely.
