Is it possible to remove the init.addosprey.xml after it has been applied ?
If so, how ?

That adds a product to a ship yard removing the script will have no effect because the station is now saved with the product in it. What you need to do is change the script to make it an ANTI script which removes the product from the shipyard.

Backing out the osprey script
Close down game
Remove the script init.addospray.xml from your script directory place the removeosprey.xml script in your script directory.
Run the game, use the script editor to run the script, you can select null as an argument for it, destroy any ospreys you have parking in xenon space with no guns should do it ;-) and save your game.
