X2-Pandora needs Textes and voices!

Pandora gets into the next phase and the more we need some people who would help us with recording and/or writing textes.
It simply is better if many are talking than only 4.
There is so much that needs to be spoken: Conversations, Plot-messages, radio,...

You have ideas about conversations, you know how a radio-report should be like, you simply can invent strange stories or anything else? So what are you waiting for?

What do I need to do?

Well, basicly we have two phases:

1) collect textes
we have a thread in our forum (introduction can be found here) where everyone can post any textes he wants (we will do too). These textes can be of any type -> not only stuff that has to be spoken: BBS, OT-Textes, Sector names and descriptions,... But of course the spoken ones too: Conversations, Radio news, ...

2) record them
when we have a bunch of conversations we'll hand them out to the recorders. They will record the textes and send us the result so we can add them to a soundfile. This will be part of the mod!
(credits will be given to both, writers and speakers of course)

of course we have mission dialogs that need to be spoken too but they won't be in the collector-thread They are only for those who really will record textes.

Basicly you don't even have to register at our forums but post textes as guests (if it doesn't work, please say so, we'll fix it). However you can name yourself so we can give you credits - if you want.

Edit: your Trade-license says you're a woman. may I ask if you're interested in voicing the board-computer? a man just doesn't sound as nice

Actually I'm male, that license is for my companion ship in the DiD I'm about to start writing. I was just too lazy to make one for myself

Sorry to get your hopes up. I don't think theres may women floating around this site. You might have to bring in some actresses (or some Otakus, wouldn't you agree Konata-chan?).

it would be much easier it this was an anime-mod then ^^

unfortunately there aree just nearly no women arround here (at least I don't know). Using a syntetic voice isn't bad, just imo not as good as a real voice

Well, maybe more luck with the next candidate?

You could try asking some otaku girls to do the voiceovers, they're easy to find
