Nah, it's just a screenshot from SW:Kotor, however, it shouts from itself that the torus was designed after this concept.

I would like to see more concept arts from the Torus and USC Terrans tho. 8)

It would be great to incorperate some form of "walking around" or "Planet landing mode" so you could explore the various cultures.
