I am allen last day i submitted form for do a course of animation if you know anything about that please tell me...

Um.. ok.

One way to do animation is with Flash, not cheap though there is a demo available from Adobe.

Indeed, 2D animation can be done with flash; or a flicker book :D

3D animation... I wouldn't know much about, but if I'm not mistaken the Source engine would probably be a good place to start (Source tools with HL2 and Co. comes with a tool for animation?) - though I wouldn't know diddly squat about that.

If you're going into animation at a college/university it might be worth finding out what tools they use, and seeing if you can get a substantially cheaper student/education version through them.

As it happens my degree is in Animation.. Although in the days of stop motion, cameras taking a series of still images played back etc.. i would imagine its rather different now..

Does anyone have an old animation camera controller for sale, i'd be most interested? <-- long shot..
