X2: The Threat, race relations script

Post by ziggyzona »

Okay, so I have been playing for a while now, and have just discovered the script editor. Lots of fun. However, I have always had a problem with race relations and I wanted to set them all to the highest possible.

I have searched through the script editor and found a few things that might work, but either I cannot get them to work, or they are something else.

Could someone show me an example of a script that i could use to do it, or link me to one if this has already been asked (I looked, but not all the way back)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There's a cheat script package somewhere that might have a script, but I don't know exactly where to get the package or if it contains such a script.

Anyway, you can easily do it yourself. You need the following instruction:

Code: Select all

$Race add notoriety: race=Player value=$HighValue
You can find it under "General Object Commands".

Hi,
Can some one guide me how to write the code from above , exactly where.
I'm kinda newbine when it comes to scripting , just figured out how to add money and every ship i want , but i'd like to know how i boost my reputation to max with all the alliance races and how can i reveal the entire univers map without having to explore each sector.
Thank you.

i think the only way that that is possible is to make a long and laborius script that defines each sector. i have been trying for a while now to do it a short way but nothing has worked.

Great, so no need to explain. I would have proposed using the cheat package anyway :D
