Started a new V2.0a (no mods, unmodified game) game with the fancy new patch and have found an interesting little bug.
I entered a Split sector and saw a hostile Paranid transport group offering a fight mission (typical protect convoy mission).
Paranid were hostile because I was playing the Poisoned Paranid start and hadn't made friends with them yet.
I could comm, view and accept the mission and the ships would move off.
That was probably the first bug - hostile ships shouldn't be offering up missions

However there were three other bugs encountered during the mission:
1. No hostile ships spawned the attack the convoy. This was verified twice and the convoy moved through two sectors, giving ample time for something to attack.
2. The last transport refused to dock (it had about a dozen attempts whilst I circled nearby) and, as I couldn't dock to encourage it, I employed the help of a pesky M3 Paranid border patrol to destroy it.
(Damage M3 so it barely moves, put very slow transport in between yourself and the M3, wait whilst M3 destroys transport).
3. There was no message or reward when the mission completed - it just vanished from the mission list.
The other ships in the convoy had already docked, so it should have ended when the one that refused to dock was destroyed.
I do have a savegame from just before I accepted the mission too.
