Broken HUB plot

Ok so I am at the first stage of rebuilding the HUB where I have to deliver 400x computer components. I have gathered the components and when I dock at the hub it doesn't take them or anything. What am I doing wrong, or is this a bug?

You have to manually transfer them to the hub

Transfer them over manually in station parameters.
