Factory resupplier docking problems [1.4]

Anyone else having problem that if you are docked in your factory when your trader comes and tries dock, but can't for some reason? There's free docking bays definately and first ship seems like docking, but when it stops at bay game doesn't register it as docked, only solution this far i've found is undock yourself and use SETA.

EDIT. It seems they dock but it takes a long time, longer it should anyway.
