Strong Arms HQ Missions

Hello i am aware that there is probably posts about this already (that i couldnt find using the search) but i am having a rather anoying issue with the Strong Arm HQ missions.

When i dock with the station in my Split Heavy Dragon M6 i go into coms and there is only 2 people there niether of the Questgivers

I am currently at Family Protector rank with split and Warrior combat rank i think that should be enough.

Please help as i NEED teh enhanced chimera as my main fighter

EDIT: soz frgot to add i am running 1.4 version and im Argon Patriot start
