Tages: does it uninstall with X3?

I loved reunion and bought terran conflict as soon as it came out. Life hasn't allowed me to install it until now though...

I had a question about Tages and their site didn't have the info. I just wanted to know if when I uninstall X3TC will remove the Tages drivers? In a related question, will the forthcoming update to X3TC (way in the future) remove tages automagically from my computer? I think that's what egosoft did with reunion...

I don't mind the protection I just want to make sure drivers don't outlive their welcome.

Of course with X3 it's probably more relevant with the patch question than an uninstall as I can see me removing it.

The TagesSetup acts as a toggle, installing the drivers if they were not installed, and removing them if they were installed; according to their website.

No, the 2.0 update will not remove the copy protection. That will come later, but I have no idea exactly how much later.

Oh thanks for the replies. I did the read the copy protection sticky (that there would be a no-dvd patch eventually) and I did go to the Tages website (and saw the uninstaller). I guess my specific question is whether the x3tc uninstaller automatically uninstalls the drivers or if users will have to download the tages uninstaller to do that.

EDIT: This really isn't that big of a deal to me. Just wanted to know if I should remember to download the installer...
