the game in french, without sound and without french

Hello i try to play with the french game but when i start the game, it is again in english and i have no sound( station speak - weapod description and other... )

The game in english is ok, x3 réunion is very nice in french, the station talk and whatever but with x3tc i've nothing in french, same if a change the language selection to french.

can you help me plz.

J'ai le jeux x3 terran conflict en fraiçais mais quand j'asseille de jouer les sons comme ( la fille qui te parle quand tu dock et quand tu veux regarder des items etc) ça ne marche pas, et de plus le jeux est meme pas en français.
J'ai le jeux x3 réunion et dans celui la tout est correcte, pas de probleme mais dans x3tc rien ne marche et je dois jouer avec le jeux en englais.
