Boron mission - astranaut docked to the station

I am plaing second boron mission after examining Xenon sector near 023 (Mahi Ma (may be incorrect name - I am playing russian version) escaped from Adv. Dolphin and I need to capture him). But I did not capture astranaut imediately (missoin time is not limited). When I return to him - astranaut is docked to one of stations. I cannot speak with him. I cannot reload game - all my saves are autosaves.
How can I capture him?

You can't. You need to pick him up as soon as he gets out of his ship.
