Bug --> Titan is killing friendly shipyard

While i was fighting in Sector m148, i saw my Titan attack the shipyard withouth any reason. No enemy ship were around there 'cause the last was under my fire.
The "argon" were set on "friendly" and I am running V. 1.4 with no mod neither script.

Thanks for the tip akthough i thought that my settings were the same for my own fleet

They probably were the same originally.

I think it's possible that the station went hostile to the Titan (due to friendly fire, say) and the Titan then regarded it as an enemy.

There is a way to prevent that especially if your using them for patrols.
Goto the ships command menu and set "Show as enemy if enemy to me"
to No.
Then you tell the ship who to kill and who not to kill that way that won't happen again.
Doing this thou dose have its drawbacks so bear that in mind.

Is specific friend/foe settings for patrol groups, that way I can have them attack pirates irrespective of what my current settings are.
