Just wondering if having a lot of the supply TLs in the universe hired and docked at shipyards will prevent god from respawning or creating new factories around the universe?

Nope, if GoD wants a factory, GoD will get a factory.

He/she doesn't need TL's just a snap of the fingers and the factory is there!

trading docks and such just respawn. I don't know for factories though

That's wrong, actually--the GoD engine uses TLs to place stations just like the player does.

so.....If someone hires all the TLS in the galaxy and stashes them in a safe place(s). We could destroy every factory and block GoD from rebuilding, except shipyards, trade stations, outposts and corp HQs.

Well, during an X3R session, I actually saw an NPC TL drop a wheat farm in Getsu Fune (kept screens too). So, I can personally assure you that GOD indeed uses them for station deployment.

However, I don't really think that hiring all TLs will force GOD to stop building factories. My guess is that, it'll propably buy one and do the job.

In the end, having GOD creating factories to equalize the universal economy, isn't a bad thing. Who knows, maybe that move will create new opportunities for you.
