[1.4] Invisible aegir!?
After a little time out of terran space to set up my hub and PHQ I have returned to terran space to find all aegir class M7's invisible, with the models seemingly missing. While i have modded a lot nothing i have changed could, even in the most remote circumstances cause this problem. Am I the only person experienceing this problem or is it really something I have done?

I had something similar happen in X3R with 3rd party mods (eg New Horizons or Roguey's, etc) when I unpacked all the cat files from the root and mod to sequentially overwrite and hence arrive at a 'final' X3 version for that mod - intended for any further modding by myself. In my haste to get to the final versions, I forgot that some of the mods custom/game starts contained their own specific type and related files and not just maps and scripts. As I hadn't included (or allowed to be overwritten) some of the start file info, some ships that needed start-related info came up both invisible and unable to self-fly correctly.
I corrected this only by realising what I had done and then unpacking all the correct files in correct order according to the start being played. I don't suppose TC can be that dissimilar to X3R so if you have already unpacked everything in XTC you could consider whether your unpacking may have failed to include (or have overwritten) some of your necessary chosen (Terran?) start files. Just a thought. Good luck!

I confirm the same happening in vanilla TC 1.4. Commonwealth stations (some reports on this already exist on the forum) and earthling capital ships. Perhaps it happens after long journeys through the Solar System and long/detailed looks at some of the stations there. The stations issue, though, occured before entering the Terran plot. TODO (someone might want to fix this already, it's just comical...), although in my case only I'd rather be inclined to blame the lack of video memory (256 MB only).
