Microsoft doesn't support the drivers for that joystick anymore mine is still in perfect working order but the latest drivers are eight years old that means as time goes on more and more games will not work with it. X3 hates that joysticks drivers so does many of my racing games. Your better off with a Saitec X52 pro joystick it doesn't have force feedback but it feels far better control than sidewinder forcefeedback 2 with its bad drivers and has a million more buttons and a seperate throttle controller.
