PHQ & Freighters on Strike...
Only getting this issue with PHQ... I have several TS ships all assigned to homebase of my HQ... for some reason... none of them want to go out and buy ware I ask them too sespite their being ample room for it and millions of credits in the station kitty - they just sit there and dont move....
