[TC 1.4 BUG] Solar power plants on station construction missions...

Solar power plants on station construction missions are requiring crystals after you build them for the NPC:s and with current state of economy in the game there is pitiful supply of crystals to go along.

Would be better if it just turned those to normal npc solarplants on construction.

Just build crystal fabs in these missions too. It is the only two factories I am building at the moment :)
Intel i7 quad core, 3200 MHz. Gainward Geforce 770 (4 GB). 8 GB ram.

Not a bug.

When you finish the crystal phase of the Hub plot those SSPs you built will be a nice place to offload the extra crystals.
