"Excuse me my Friend" I am getting this phrase, from a Boron, every other time I warp into a sector. I know there should be more to it. It has to be an invite to a mission, but what?

It's the start of the HUB, I think - look for the ship that has a mission icon and comm it.

No they are information or single missions, not story lines.

You can buy sector maps that way.

The Enhanced Dolphin has a small bulb symbol, The request is based on the premise of, 'My friends have gone to play with the Xenon and I have lost contact with them, can you find them', type of thing.
