If I turn off antialiasing and anisotropic texture filtering will I get better performance?

Yes if your graphics card is not a good match for your CPU or Ram.
CPU - Motorola 68000 12Mhz
Zilog Z80 4Mhz
RAM - 74KB
Vid - 64KB
Sound - Yamaha YM2610 15
