Game Bugged ?? ... Maine Barracks vanished from HOL :x

OK so playing the game for about a week, flying around and discovering the map, pirate bases come and go (well go mainly) but now the marine barracks has vanished from home of light, sat with SETA for 30 minutes both inside and OOS, also spent another few hours flying around the rest of the galaxy and still has not returned. Unfort. as using autosaves I cannot go back to a point where the barracks is still around. What can I do as it really makes me want to quit the game if this is the start of things to come (added with laggy framerate for no reason)

I'm not sure I'm seeing any problem here. Even if the barracks is guaranteed to respawn (and I'm not sure it is) it can be a couple of days game time to do so. If I'm generous with my maths, you've given it roughly a day. If it's not guaranteed to respawn, you may not see it there again for some time if ever - in which case you'll simply have to find another one.
