No Piracy option

I have no Piracy menu im my ship's control panel. I have all the requirements (basically all software available and 18 marines onboard) but the menu is not showing up. Two screenshots documenting this:

I also noticed that some AI factories do not produce anything despite having all the resources (i.e. Medium Weapon Complexes in Thuruk's Beard).

Can someone check this please?

Not sure what kind of ship you have there, but iirc the Boarding command is only available on M6s.

An M7 won't have the Piracy option.

M7Ms can only initiate boarding by use of a Boarding Pod, IIRC, so it doesn't get a boarding command like the other two do.
