Terran Plot - Not Proceeding

i am stuck at the point where u would need to get to mars and get a vidar.
i did that mission in 1.2 without any problems. after 1.3 i started a new game.
i had the same problem like mentioned in this topic with the split scientist.

however, after reloading and capping him again he finally LEFT my ship so i compleeted the mission.
but now, 3 or 4 ingame hours later, the plot still not proceeding any further.

game is 1.3 german buy version.
i have some scripts running, but they have nothing to do with the problem i think, cuz this problem first accured in a vanilla game. i installed the scripts afterwards.
