[BUG] 1.3 - Invalid message after first mission for Jonferson HQ

After I complete my first mission for Jonferson HQ, I get the following invalid message:

"Thank you pilot. actor.name@L2M43 Initial Offer.1 L0 Passenger is a very important visitor here at JSDD. We will contact you when further opportunities arise."

I am using Terran Conflict patch 1.3 without any mods.

When I was offered that mission, I looked at the mission screen and there was no text. In fact the only time I knew what the mission was, was by accepting the mission and the guidance kicked in.
