Hey it says I'm not allowed to rate people because I've rated them in the last 24 hours. I haven't rated anyone for weeks! How is that possible?

And there are threads which have my name in the ratings section, but I haven't rated those threads let alone replied? Can anyone explain this unsolved mystery?
