[bug] Capture gone wrong :(

Just captured my first m6 with marines. I was on a defend station mission.
Upon capturing the m6 went green. Mine! it was full of weapons, i think i remember at least 6 CIG on it. However there were now no ships attacking the station i was defending, and the mission was still going... eventually i aborted the mission.

NO!!!
My new centaur had turned red and became pirate again?!?

Capturing a ship does not count as destroying it as far as the mission script is concerned. If you can get it to a shipyard before the mission takes control of it again, you can strip its weapons and sell it, which does count as destroying it.

If that is true, then it is, in my opinion, a bug in the mission script.

@andrewas: Does this bug occur in version 1.2 or version 1.3 of the game? And are you using any mods?

Its a known bug. Dont know if it was fixed in 1.3.
