Why isnt the patch on Steam!

Yeah I have a tech problem, its called being screwed cause I cant download the patch because Steam wont release the patch. I paid good money just like any DVD user and expect to get the patch the same time as everyone else. This was a lesson, NEVER BUY A GAME FROM STEAM! They second rate you and dont treat u with respect like a business should treat its customers. Yeah, yeah, I will hear the excuses and excuses, but there are no excuses....period! Next time Egosoft ship enough copies of the game around the world so people dont have to result to your second rate digital download companies. You should have gone with Direct2Drive to sell your game digitally, cause they dont second rate their customers and their patches are out the same day as any DVD release customer.

This is not a tech support question, and you're shouting at the wrong people. It is up to Valve to get the patches posted up on Steam--I suggest you go and flame their forums instead. *click*
